At inCitu, a fast-growing augmented reality startup, I led product design and product management. My key focus was designing and managing the launch of inCitu’s browser-based tool, which allows urban planners and architects to upload their 3D models and view them in geo-anchored, real-scale AR. Over the course of one year, I helped grow the user base from 0 to 1,000+ active users, designing everything from the onboarding process to the uploading, and publishing experience. Additionally, I led design for two native apps for iOS and Android, launching new features like an offsite AR viewing mode and an AR editing tool.
